Six mid century dining chairs, circa 1960s. These dining chairs are typical of mid century design. Made in solid teak with tapered legs, contoured back rest and the original black vinyl seats. Very stylish chairs that will stand out in any modern or contemporary property. The vinyl seats do not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended in 1989, 1993 and 2010) and would need to be replaced.
Condition: The teak frames show wear commensurate with age. They are all sturdy but have been some glue joint repairs to some of the chairs. The vinyl seats need to be replaced. There is a small tear in one of them and padding has gone in others. Also they do not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended in 1989, 1993 and 2010) so would need to be replaced.
