Vintage McIntosh coffee table. A gorgeous rare 1960s extending teak coffee table in wonderful condition. Designed by Tom Robertson. This stunning coffee table will add vintage class to any setting. Strongly influenced by the Scandinavian design principles of beautiful lines, a minimalist look, natural materials and practicality. A particularly fine example, this is an expertly crafted table of really exemplary solid teak wood. It features a sleek top with rounded edges and wonderfully sculpted tapering legs with seamless joins. It has an excellent solid frame with great attention to quality and detail and two super hidden extension leaves that slide out of each end and are covered in the original contrasting black protective melamine laminate for hot drinks, which completes the quality 1960s look.
Condition: In good vintage condition. There is damage to the teak on the left side edge of the top surface. Other marks and scratches commensurate with age.
