Vintage Meredew Mid Century Dining Chairs x 4

Vintage Meredew dining chairs in teak. Dating from the 1960’s. Very stylish chairs that will stand out in any modern or contemporary lounge. Very comfortable to sit on. Ergonomic back and tapered legs give this chair the characteristic style from the era. The fabric seats do not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended in 1989, 1993 and 2010) so would need to be replaced.

Condition: Two of the chairs have been glued at the seat frame. The joints are coming away so both chairs need regluing. Also the screws to attach the seats to the chairs are missing. The other two are fine. The teak shows wear on all four chairs with marks and scratches commensurate with age. The fabric seats do not comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended in 1989, 1993 and 2010) so would need to be replaced.
