Vintage mid century extending dining table. Beautifully designed and extremely stylish extending dining table made of teak. Designed by John Herbert for A. Younger Ltd as part of their award winning ‘Fonseca’ range. This elegant, vintage mid century table is of very high quality design and construction, with beautifully shaped legs, placed, unusually for this period, at the very corners of the table. The table extends by sliding apart the two top pieces and allowing the sizeable extension leaf to swing out from beneath.

Condition: The table is sturdy. The main issue is the colour variation and fading of the top surface. This is highlighted when the extension leaf is in place. Also marks and scratches commensurate with age,
